Travel Information

The Department of Mathematical Sciences and Computer Science at Durham University is connected to the city centre via various bus routes, but Bus 6 is the quickest (see below for more details). Alternatively, the entire journey is 1.5 miles by foot from the train station.

The conference will be held in the Department of Mathematical Sciences and Computer Science building on the second floor.
All talks will take place in room MCS 2068. Refreshments will be served in room NE2 (the North East corner of the building, next to room 2033).

Directions from Durham Railway Station (using Bus 6):

• • 0.2 miles by foot to Durham's main bus station,
• • hop on Bus 6 to bus stop 'South Road Colleges' (an approx. 10 minute ride)
• • a final 0.3 miles by foot to the department.
